The Voyage Control app requires Android 4.0 and up.
If your device is operating on Android below 4.0 then we're afraid the app won't function on your device. This is mainly due to functionality the app offers.
Apple
The Voyage Control app required iOS 9.0 or later. The Voyage Control is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

not practical at all if this doesn't work on android!
