If you can't select a certain time slot that has been listed for you on the system, then this means that the time slot is fully booked or it's not within your scheduled allotted time.
There are only a certain amount of spaces in the Loading Area, so if that particular time slot has been fully booked we won't be able to make any additional bookings.
Please check for different available time slots for the day.
Another option available to you would be to bring a smaller vehicle if you have the option since there may be space for a van but not a HGV for example.
